How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your parcel, it will be booked into the system and an email will be sent to let you know we have it safely.  We aim to have all returns processed every 48 hours.

We will then send another email to let you know when the funds have been refunded.  This will be no later than 5 working days from the original email.  The funds will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you have used our Returns Portal, £2.99 will be taken off your refund amount.
