How long will a replacement under warranty take to arrive?

This depends on what has been returned.  In many cases, a replacement can be shipped out for you as soon as we receive the faulty item back into our warehouse.

There are some occasions where the item as be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.  In these instances, we will ensure that you are without your item for as little time as possible.
