What happens if I return something from a finance order?

Returns are handled slightly differently depending on if you chose PayPal, Klarna or V12 Finance for your order.


PayPal
Providing your purchase meets the returns criteria, just return as normal and the money will be refunded to your PayPal Credit account.


Klarna
This is very simple.  Anything you have paid will be returned to you and all can be tracked using the Klarna app.
If you return something before you have paid, you won't be charged.


V12 Finance
With V12, we will either:
- reduce the monthly payment amount in line with what you have returned or
- add the amount of the return to your online account as a Store Credit

As V12 Finance can only be taken out for orders that are over £250.00 this is important when returning items.
Your finance agreement still has to be for a value of OVER £250.00 AFTER you have returned something.

For example, if you place an order for £500.00 and return £50.00 worth of items, we can either reduce the overall finance agreement by £50.00 or add the £50.00 to your online account.
If you place an order for £300.00 and return £100.00 worth of items, we will only be able to add the £100.00 to your online account as your finance agreement is now under the £250.00 threshold.
