Have you received my payment?

Klarna are great at updating you when a payment is due.  They will notify you via email and push notifications when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected.  They will also let you know in the event of your payment failing.

If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by visiting www.klarna.com/uk or on the Klarna app.
