Can I choose a safe place or drop off point with DPD or Royal Mail?
One of the best features of using DPD and Royal Mail as our courier is that they allow you to take control of your delivery.
DPD text and email you with a 1 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery. You can choose for your parcel to be delivered to a safe place around your home or at a DPD drop off point.
Royal Mail allow you to select a safe place for delivery once your tracking number has been emailed over to you.
This option cannot be chosen if your order was placed with V12 Finance, Klarna or the order is shipped with the DPD Pin Code service.
IMPORTANT: should you choose to have the parcel delivered to a place other than the address on your order (i.e. the safe place or drop off point), DPD/Royal Mail and therefore Scottsdale Golf are not liable should the parcel go missing.
